摘要
目的建立益母草分散片中盐酸水苏碱的含量测定方法。方法采用waters NH2色谱柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），乙腈-水（体积比80：20）为流动相，检测波长202nm，流速1．0mL/min，柱温25℃。结果盐酸水苏碱在进样量为1．001，10．01μg范围内具有良好的线性关系，r=0．9999，方法平均回收率97．5％，RSD=1．13％。结论本方法专属性强，重现性好，可为益母草分散片的质量标准提供依据。
Objective To establish a method for content analysis of stachydrine hydrochloride in Yimucao dispersible tablets. Methods The sample was analyzed on a Waters-NH2 （250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） column by using acetonitfile-water （ 80： 20） as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength 202 nm at 25℃. Results The calibration curve was linear over the range of 1. 001 ×10.01μg of stachydrine （ r = 0. 999 9）. The average recovery was 97.5% with RSD 1.13%. Conclusion This method is selective and reproducible, which can be used for the quality control of Yimucao dispersible tablets.
