摘要
目的建立益母草分散片中盐酸水苏碱的含量测定方法。方法采用waters NH2色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),乙腈-水(体积比80:20)为流动相,检测波长202nm,流速1.0mL/min,柱温25℃。结果盐酸水苏碱在进样量为1.001,10.01μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,方法平均回收率97.5%,RSD=1.13%。结论本方法专属性强,重现性好,可为益母草分散片的质量标准提供依据。
Objective To establish a method for content analysis of stachydrine hydrochloride in Yimucao dispersible tablets. Methods The sample was analyzed on a Waters-NH2 (250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) column by using acetonitfile-water ( 80: 20) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength 202 nm at 25℃. Results The calibration curve was linear over the range of 1. 001 ×10.01μg of stachydrine ( r = 0. 999 9). The average recovery was 97.5% with RSD 1.13%. Conclusion This method is selective and reproducible, which can be used for the quality control of Yimucao dispersible tablets.
