A Century Experience of the US Ed.D. Graduate Education

摘要 美国教育博士培养经过90多年的发展形成了一般的培养模式,并随着社会需要不断进行变革,积累了一些基本经验:坚守大学自治与学术自主、突出第二代Ed.D.项目培养模式、追求制度完善与个性突出。 The US Ed.D. has formed a general mode since it started 90 years ago. It is constantly changing with the needs of the society, and has accumulated some basic experience: to stick to university autonomy and academic freedom, to highlight the second generation Ed.D. training mode, to seek institution improvement and outstanding personality.
