摘要
目的 :总结肿胀法脂肪抽吸 94例和 6例脂肪颗粒注射隆胸的病例 ,并对手术方法的要点进行了探讨。方法 脂肪抽吸采用了国内已被普遍应用的肿胀法 ,对切口周围皮肤的保护提出采用塑料套管。抽出脂肪量 10 0～ 475 0ml。脂肪颗粒隆胸 :分层注射 ,先从肋骨与胸大肌的间隙开始 ,然后在胸大肌、乳腺组织的间隙 ,皮下组织中均匀将脂肪注入 ,针头边注射边退出。结果 两侧乳房注射量为 15 7～ 2 6 5ml。所有病例中均取得良好效果。结论 证明了脂肪颗粒注射隆胸是一种切实可行的隆胸方法。
ObjectiveTo research the main point of the operative method, we reviewed the clinical material, 94 cases of liposuction and 6 cases of fat-grafting injection for breast augmentation performed by us in the past tow years. Methods The tumescent technique was used in liposuction as known, but we disigned a special plastic tube to protect the incision. The maximum volume of fat tissue aspirated was 4*!750ml. The method used for breast augmentation was that the fat grafting was evenly injected into the layer beneath the pectoralis major muscle, submammary layer and subcutaneous layer saparately. Results The volume of fat injection were 157-265ml in both sides. All cases obtained satisfactory results without serious complication. Conclusion we consider that the fat grafting injection is a practicable method for breast augmentation. The key points of operative technique is discussed in this paper.
