摘要
目的:探讨自体脂肪隆胸的临床效果。方法:脂肪抽吸根据国内流行的肿胀法,用塑料套管保护切口外围的皮肤,将脂肪抽出。脂肪颗粒注射隆胸采用分层注射法,选取肋骨跟胸大肌的间隙,在乳腺组织与胸大肌间隙中的皮下组织,将脂肪注入,一边注射一边将针头退出。结果:两侧乳房的注射效果较好且全部病例均有疗效。结论:自体颗粒脂肪隆胸术安全有效值得推广。
Objective:To investigate clinical effect of autologous fat breast augmentation. Methods:Tumescent liposuction under domestic popularity meant fat extraction through plastic casing cut outer skin. Fat injection breast augmentation used stratified injection,chose ribs pectoralis clearance,did fat injection through the clearance of subcutaneous tissue in breast tissue and the pectoralis major muscle. I Needles exited with injection. Results:Injection of the breasts on both sides had better results,and all clinical cases had good effect. Conclusion:Autologous fat breast augmentation surgery is safe and effective,and is worth promotion.
