摘要
目的观察全程健康教育对哮喘患儿吸入激素依从性的影响。方法将76例哮喘患儿随机分为实验组和对照组。所有患儿均给予吸入糖皮质激素,对照组按常规给予药物治疗相关健康教育,实验组除常规教育外,由专人负责实施全程护理干预。随访观察半年。采用自行设计调查表对两组患儿及家长进行干预前后的调查,比较两组患儿家长疾病认知知晓率、吸人激素治疗依从性及治疗效果。结果实验组干预后患儿家长对哮喘知识的知晓率及患儿ACT得分较干预前显著提高(P〈O.01);较对照组干预后亦显著提高;实验组患儿完全依从的例数较对照组明显增多,不依从的例数显著减少(P〈O.05,P〈0.01)。结论全程健康教育可提高哮喘患儿家长的疾病认知程度,可有效改善吸人激素治疗依从性,提高治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of full-course health education on compliance of bronchial asthma (asthma) children who inhale steroids. Methods 76 cases of children suffered from asthma were divided into the experimental group and control group randomly. All the children inhaled steroids, of which, drug therapy related routine health education was given in control group. On basis of routine health education, full-course health education was given to the experimental group. Follow-up half a year. The analysis was carried out before and after intervention in two groups by self-designed questionnaire. The parents~ awareness of diseases,treatment compliance and therapeutic effects evaluate were evaluated before and after intervention. Results After intervention,the parents~ awareness of asthma and the ACT score of asthma children were significantly higher than before intervention and which in control group( P d0.01),the cases of fully compliance were significantly increased and the cases of non- compliance were significantly decreased( P d0.05, P d0.01). Conclusions Full-course health education can improve the parental awareness of the asthma and asthma children of treatment compliance, thereby enhance the therapeutic effect.
