摘要 目的探讨个体化健康教育对哮喘患儿治疗依从性及哮喘控制率的影响。方法选择哮喘患儿108例,随机分为观察组及对照组各54例。对照组单纯进行药物治疗及随机健康教育,观察组在药物治疗的同时进行个体化健康教育。结果两组健康教育前治疗依从性、哮喘知识掌握程度差异比较无统计学意义(P〈0.05);实施健康教育6个月后,进行随访6个月。2年,平均(17.23±6.94)个月,观察组治疗依从性好、哮喘知识掌握程度高于对照组(P〈0.05);急性发作的次数、再住院治疗的次数少于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论通过个性化健康教育能够明显提高患儿治疗依从性,继而提高哮喘的控制率,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore individual health education for children children with asthma treatment adherence and asthma control effects. Methods All of 108 asthma children were randomly divided into trial group and control group each 54 cases, control use simple drug therapy and random health education, observation group use drug treatment at the same time for individual health education. Results Before health education two groups treatment adherence,knowledge of asthma had no statistical difference (P 〈 0.05), carrying out health education after 6 months, followed up 6 months-2 years, average (17.23±6.94) months, the observation group treatment adherence, knowledge of asthma higher than the control group (P 〈 0.05); The number of acute attack andt hospitalization less than control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The personalized health edu- cation can improve treatment adherence, and improve treatment adherence asthma control, worth clinical application
