摘要
采取传统微生物手段从浓香型大曲中分离纯化得到两株酵母菌,对其进行菌落特征观察和镜检后,利用Biolog微生物自动鉴定系统进行鉴定。鉴定结果表明,两株菌分别是约氏掷孢酵母A(Sporidiobolus johnsonii A)和葡萄牙棒孢酵母(Clavisopora lusitaniae)。
Two yeast strains were isolated and purified from Nong-flavor Daqu through traditional microorganism isolation methods. After the ob- servation of colony characteristics and microscopic examination, the two strains were then identified by use of Biolog system and the identification results showed that the two strains were Sporidiobolus johnsonii A and Clavisopora lusitaniae.
