摘要
针对PHM系统中缺乏标准规范的信息交换方式这一问题,基于UML对PHM系统中不同组成单元、不同时段的信息进行完整性、一致性建模分析,析取PHM系统的信息要素,归纳相互关联的信息实体,包括装备功能信息、检测信息等;而后建立基于XML语言的规范化信息描述模型和交换模型;最后给出某PHM系统信息组成单元和交换方法的实例,验证所建立信息模型的科学性和可行性。
The paper gives the method to resolve the problem of information description in PHM.The paper gives the modeling analysis of information of different cells and periods of time in PHM system based on UML.It extracts information elements and summarizes interdependent information entities which include arm information,testability information,sensor information,test information,failure information,maintenance information,etc.It establishes information description and exchanging models based on XML.The paper also gives the instance describing an information element of PHM system,which applies the above way and proves that it is scientific and feasible.
