摘要
就校本课程开发所需要的几个条件进行讨论,指出国家、地方和学校政策的支持是先决条件,学校文化环境的优化是必要条件,教师的课程意识和课程开发能力培养是充分条件。推进校本课程开发的进行,首先要使上述条件得以具备。
This paper discusses the some requirements of school-based curriculum development,pointing out that the supports from our country,local government as well as schools are the preconditions,optimization of schools' cultural environment is the necessary condition,and cultivation of teachers' curriculum consciousness and curriculum development competence atre the sufficient conditions.When the requirements are met,school-based curriculum can be better developed,and the quality of curriculum development can be guaranteed.
