维生素D与胰岛β细胞功能保护 被引量:10

摘要 糖尿病是一种严重影响人类健康的慢性疾病,其发病率及病死率不断增加、医疗护理成本逐年上升,正迅速成为一种全球性的流行病。到2030年,全世界糖尿病患病人数将由2000年的17.1亿上升为36.6亿。日益增长的发病率和患病率强调了对糖尿病管理和预防方法进行创新的必要性。越来越多的研究表明,维生素D除参与传统的钙磷代谢外,还具有广泛的生物学效应,如包括抑制肿瘤和正常细胞的增殖、抑制炎症因子生成、调节细胞黏附、调节免疫反应、影响胰岛β细胞功能、影响胰岛素的合成与分泌及其外周作用等。现就维生素D对胰岛β细胞的保护作用及其机制作一综述。
