摘要
为探究花样滑冰后备人才的培养形式,采用文献法、访谈法、调查法和逻辑法等对珠江三角洲多个滑冰俱乐部进行了研究。结果发现,滑冰俱乐部现已具备培养花样滑冰后备人才的环境和能力,学员训练情况及家长的支持程度较乐观,学员已在国际业余花样滑冰赛事和国内花样滑冰赛事上取得一定成绩。结论:俱乐部具有培养花样滑冰后备人才的可行性。建议提高滑冰俱乐部与学校的实质性合作,建立健全滑冰俱乐部花样滑冰后备人才培养体系,进一步拓展滑冰俱乐部营销。
In order to discuss the mode of developing the figure skating reserved talents,with the methods of documental information,interview,investigation and logic,the paper has a analyzes multi skating clubs in Pearl River Delta.The findings show that the skating clubs have had the condition and ability of developing the figure skating reserved talents.Besides,both the trainees＇ situation and their parents＇ encourage are positive,some trainees have got some achievements in international amateur figure skating competitions and national figure skating competitions.The conclusion indicates it＇s feasible to develop the figure skating reserved talents in club way.It suggests advancing the substantive cooperation between skating clubs and schools,promoting the skating club system of developing the figure skating reserved talents,further enlarging the marketing of skating club.
