摘要
根据液态水传导理论和针织物线圈形成原理,选用甲壳素、棉和Coolplus短纤纱为原料,设计出两种组织结构的针织面料,单层蜂巢网眼运动休闲面料和双层吸湿速干抗菌面料。分别介绍它们的产品结构与织造工艺。然后对能够反映面料耐用性、热湿舒适性及抗菌、抑菌性能的指标进行研究,得出:双层面料的顶破强力和耐磨性略高于单层面料;单层面料的透气量、抑菌率大于双层结构;两者的顶破强力、耐磨性、芯吸速率、干燥速率、抑菌率都明显高于普通棉纤维面料(对比样)。结果表明:所设计的两种抗菌功能性面料均具有良好的服用性能、吸湿速干和抑菌、抗菌功能,适合开发高档休闲运动服装。
Based on the theory of liquid water transfer principle and knitted fabric structure, the paper develops two kinds of knitted fabrics-single-layer fabric with a honeycomb appearance for sports and casual wear, moisture- absorbing, fast-drying and anti-bacterial two-layer fabric by using chitin, cotton and Coolplus spun yarn. It mainly introduces the product structure and the knitting technology. In addition, the paper tests and compares the proper- ties of the two kinds of fabrics, including durability, thermal and moist comfort and anti-bacterial properties. Ac- cording to the tested results, the bursting strength and the durability properties of two-layer fabric are superior to single-layer fabric; the air permeability and anti-bacterial effect of single-layer fabric are higher than two-layer fab- ric; the bursting strength, durability properties, wicking rate, drying rate and anti-bacterial effect of both the fab- rics are superior to cotton fabric obviously. The results also show that both the two anti-bacterial knitted fabrics bear good wearing properties, moisture-absorbing and fast-drying properties and anti-bacterial properties, which can be developed into top-class sportswear and casual wear.
