摘要
选用芦荟粘胶、棉和Coolplus为原料,设计出3种不同混纺比和组织结构的针织面料,介绍了面料的产品结构与织造工艺,测试了其抑菌性能、导湿快干性和耐用性。分析得出:3种面料对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌具有抑菌作用,抑菌率都达到抑菌织物要求;吸湿性和速干性达到吸湿快干织物要求;顶破强力和耐磨次数高于对照样(纯棉面料)。芦荟粘胶/棉65/35混纺纱和Coolplus长丝织成的双面织物的抗菌性、导湿快干性和耐用性要优于单层织物。研究结果表明,设计的3种含芦荟粘胶、棉和Coolplus纤维的针织物均具有良好的吸湿速干和抑菌、抗菌功能,适合开发吸湿速干且抗菌的高档运动休闲服装面料。
Three kinds of knitted fabrics with different blended ratio and structure are designed with aloe viscose, cotton and Coolplusspun yarn and filament as raw materials. The structure of the product and weaving technology are introduced, and the anti-bacterial propety,moisture management and durability are tested. The results show that the three kinds of fabrics feature good antimicrobial effect to goldenstaphylococcus aureus and candida albicans with the inhibition rate met the requirements of antibacterial fabric, moisture absorption andquick drying and hygroscopic property met the requirements of quick dry fabric and good bursting strength and wear-resisting higher thanthose of the pure cotton fabrics. The 65/ 35 aloe vera/ cotton yarn and Coolplus filament double-side mixed fabric has better antimicrobialproperty, moisture management and durability than those of the single-side fabric. The result show that the designed three kinds of aloeviscose, cotton and Coolplus fiber knitted fabric have good moisture absorption, quick-drying and antibacterial function, which is suitable forhigh-grade hygroscopic quick-drying antibacterial sports & leisure clothing.
