摘要
                
                    采用HCl酸洗的表面处理工艺对α-SiC颗粒进行处理,利用真空热压法制备以SiC为增强体的铝硅基复合材料,研究了表面处理态与原始态的SiC对该复合材料微观组织、抗拉强度的影响。结果表明,经表面处理的SiC增强铝硅复合材料界面结合良好,空洞减少,界面结合强度增强,该复合材料抗拉强度明显提高。
                
                α-SiC particles were processed with surface treatment of HC1 acid washing technology. SiCp/A1-30Si composite was prepared in the vacuum hot extrusion process. The effects of the morphology of SiC particles with and withont treatment on the microstructure and tensile strength of the composite were studied. The results show that, when SiCp/A1-30Si composite prepared with treated SiC, the interfaces combining with matrix are in a better condition and have less holes. The interfacial bonding strength of the composite is enhanced. The tensile strength of the composite is significantly improved.
