无溶剂研磨法合成(1R,2R)-N,N'-二亚取代水杨基-1,2-环己二胺 被引量:1

Solvent-Free Synthesis of(1R,2R)-[N,N-Bis(Substituted-Salicylidene)]-1,2-Diaminocyclohexane Under Grind Condition

摘要 报道了以(1R,2R)-1,2-环己二胺与取代水杨醛为原料,固相无溶剂条件下研磨10-15min,则可较高收率地得到相应手性Salen化合物,其结构经。HNMR,IR,MS和元素分析表征。为同类化合物的合成提供了一个简便而有效的方法。 The chiral salen compounds were synthesized in high yield by solid condensation reaction of (1R, 2R) -1, 2 -diaminocyclohexane and substituted salicylaldehyde under solvent -free and grind conditions within 10 -15 min. And the structures were characterized by 1H NMR, IR, MS and elemental analysis, providing a simple and efficient protocol for the synthesis of analogous compounds.
