摘要
以2-呋喃甲醛、肉桂醛、水合肼为原料合成2个含有呋喃环的新型酰腙,即双(2-呋喃亚甲基)腙(L1)和肉桂醛-2-呋喃甲酰腙(L2),并用元素分析、核磁共振、红外、紫外、X-射线单晶衍射和荧光光谱等手段对其进行表征.结构分析表明,酰腙L1属于正交晶系,空间群Pbca,晶胞参数a=0.688 3(7)nm,b=0.902 6(8)nm,c=1.513 6(14)nm,α=β=γ=90°,V=0.940 4(15)nm3,Z=4;酰腙L2也属于正交晶系,空间群Pbca,a=1.129 7(12)nm,b=0.738 8(7)nm,c=2.907(3)nm,α=β=γ=90°,V=2.427(4)nm3,Z=8.荧光性测试表明酰腙L1具有微弱的荧光性,酰腙L2具有强的荧光性.
Two novel hydrazones containing furan which called bis (2-furyl) methylhydrazone (L1) and cinnamaldehyde-2-furoylhydrazone (L2) were synthesized from 2-furaldehyde, cinnamaldehyde and hydrazine hydrate. They were characterized by using EA,1H NMR, FT-IR,UV, X-ray and fluorescence spectroscopy methods. Structure analysis showed that the acylhydrazone L1 belongs to orthorhombic, space group Pbca, with unit cell parameters a=0.6S83(7)nm,b=0.9026(8)nm,c=1.5136(14)nm,α=β=γ=90°,V=0.9404(15)nm^3,Z=4;and the acylhydrazone L2 also belongs to orthorhombic, space group Pbca,a=1.1297(12)nm,b=0.7388(7)nm,c=2.907(3)nm,α=β=γ=90°,V=2.427(4)nm^3,Z=8. Fluorescence test showed the acylhydrazone L1 has very weak fluorescence,but the acylhydrazone L2 has strong fluorescence.
