摘要
随着粗晶硬质合金的应用越来越广泛,对粗晶硬质合金的相关机理以及制备方法的研究越来越受到重视。本文概述了粗晶硬质合金在使用过程中的裂纹扩展应力松弛、WC塑性变形增强、钴相平均自由程增加、抗热效应增强等几种强化机理,综合分析了国内外在粗晶硬质合金制备技术方面的研究现状,重点介绍了轻度球磨法、钴相包裹法、纳米粉末溶解-再沉淀法等混合料制备方法和烧结工艺方面的研究进展。提出了粗晶硬质合金的研究及发展方向--研究评估粗晶硬质合金性能的指标体系以及开发先进的制备工艺。
With the application of coarse grain cemented carbide is becoming more and more wide, study on its mechanism and preparation methods has been paid great attention. The strengthening mechanisms of coarse grain size cemented carbide, including relaxation of stress at crack tip, deformation of WC phase, increasing of mean free path in cobalt and resistance of thermal fatigue, is introduced. Meanwhile several methods in powder preparation, such as mild milling, cobalt enwrapped and nanometer powder dissolution-recrystallization, and the studies on sintering process are also listed in this paper. The direction of research on coarse grain size cemented carbide that establishing index system in properties evaluation and developing new processing is pointed out.
