超粗晶WC-8Co硬质合金循环压缩过程中组织演变的研究 被引量:4

Study on the microstructure evolution of ultra-coarse WC-8Co cemented carbides during cyclic compression

摘要 通过低压烧结制备出WC-8Co和WC-8Co-0.2NbC超粗晶硬质合金,采用球形压头进行循环压缩实验。对超粗晶硬质合金在循环压缩过程中不同应力状态下的微观组织、体视学表征参数进行了表征和计算,分析了添加剂对微观组织、体视学表征参数及裂纹扩展的影响。结果表明:与平面应力状态相比,三向应力下合金中WC晶粒的破碎脱落程度更大;添加剂NbC使合金微观组织变化更为均匀,降低了合金的压缩前后平均晶粒尺寸、Co平均自由程的变化率,并改变了裂纹扩展过程中穿晶裂纹的比例。 WC-8Co and WC-8Co-NbC ultra-coarse cemented carbides,prepared by sinter-HIP technology,were used for cyclic compression experiments with a spherical indenter.The evolution of the microstructure and stereological parameters of the ultra-coarse cemented carbides under different stress states during cyclic compression were studied.The effects of dopant on the microstructure,stereological parameters and crack propagation were analyzed.The results show that there are more WC grains broken under three-directional stress than under planar stress.The addition of Nb C makes the microstructure of the alloy change more uniformly,reducing the changes in the WC grain size and the rate of the change in the Co mean free path before and after compression,as well as the proportion of transgranular cracks in the ultracoarse cemented carbide.
