正己烷中毒患者血清神经特异性烯化酶水平探讨 被引量:10

摘要 目的 探讨正己烷 (n Hexane)中毒患者血清神经特异性烯化酶水平。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附分析方法 ,对 3 0例正己烷中毒患者 (其中男性 5例 ,女性 2 5例 )和 2 5例正常对照 (其中男性 12例 ,女性 13例 )进行血清NSE测定。结果  3 0例正己烷中毒患者血清神经特异性烯化酶 (neuronspecificenolase ,NSE)含量为 ( 11 8± 5 3 ) μg/L ,正常对照组为 ( 8 3± 3 5 ) μg/L ,经统计学处理显示 ,两者具有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。发现中毒患者血清NSE含量具有随接触正己烷时间增长而增高趋势 ,但未发现统计学意义。结论 正己烷患者血清NSE水平升高 ,其原因可能与正己烷在一定程度上损害神经细胞导致细胞内NSE释放到血液有关。 Objective To study the serum neuron specific enolase(NSE) levels in n hexane poisoning patients. Methods NSE in 30 n hexane poisoning patients (25 female, 5 male) and 2 controls (10 female, 10 male) were measured by enzyme link sorbent assay. Results The value of seurm NSE in patients with n hexane poisoning was (11 8±5.3) μg/L and that in the control was (8 3±3.5) μg/L. The results showed that there was a tendency that the increasing of serum NSE level related to the exposure period of n hexane, but no difference was appeared statistically. Conclusion The serum NSE value in n hexane poisoning patients increased, which was possibly related to the damage of neuron tissue cells induced by n hexane.
