两段提升管催化裂化装置进料流程优化

Optimization of the feeding process flow for two-stage riser catalytic cracking unit

摘要 分析了中国石油玉门油田公司炼油化工总厂80万t/a两段提升管催化裂化装置运行过程中存在的一段提升管反应温度偏低、两段提升管待生剂挂焦不均的问题的原因,结果表明,这是由于第1再生斜管推动力不足及两段提升管进料性质差异大所致。通过优化进料系统,使二段提升管实现新鲜原料进料,一段提升管反应温度由476℃提高至507℃,二段提升管回炼比由0.78下降至0.48,焦炭收率降低1.23个百分点,干气收率降低0.80个百分点,轻质油收率上升5.06个百分点,总液体收率上升0.63个百分点,加工能力提高至84万t/a,装置总能耗降低10 kg/t(以标准油计)。 The reasons were analyzed for the prob- lems of lower reaction temperature in the first stage riser and the uneven coke on the surface of spent catalyst in two stage risers ocured in the 800 kt/a two - stage riser catalytic cracking unit of Petro- chemical Factory of Yumen Oilfield, PetroChina. The results showed that the problems were attributed to the insufficient driving force of the first regenerator sloped tube and the large feeding difference between the two risers. By optimizing feed system, the fresh raw materials feeding was realized in the second section of riser. The first stage riser reaction temperature increased from 476 ℃ to 507 ℃, the second stage riser recycle ratio decreased from 0.78 to 0.48,the yield of coke and dry gas decreased by 1.23 and 0.80 percent points respectively,the yield of light oil and total liquid increased 5.06 and 0.63 percent points respectively, the processing capacity increased from 800 kt/a to 840 kt/a, and the unit total energy consumption reduced by 10 kg/t(based on the standard oil ).
