摘要
近年来,企业经济活动带来的社会问题越来越严重,究其原因绝大部分与企业社会责任履行力度不够有关。企业社会责任的实践需要理论的支撑,然而学术界对企业社会责任的研究结论还存在着较多的争论。深入研究企业社会责任理论,分析企业履行社会责任的原因、对象能够帮助企业解决日益严重的内部矛盾以及与社会间的矛盾;分析企业社会责任的动态变化过程以及实现过程能够提高企业解决社会责任问题的效率。而博弈论是分析企业社会责任实现过程的有力工具。
Recently, more and more serious social problems have been brought by enterprise economic activity, which has much to do with CSR.The practice of corporate social responsibility depends on the support of theory, however, there are much dispute over CSR between the academic community.It may help companies to solve the increasingly serious internal contradictions and the contradiction between the social to analyze the reason and object of CSR~ It improves the efficiency of enterprises solve the problem of social responsibility to analyze the dynamic process and the implementation process of CSR.Game theory is a powerful tool to analyze the implementation process of CSR.
