本文提出构建基于共同价值驱动的企业管理模式,可以使企业在发展规模不断扩大的同时,又极具竞争优势。深入分析共同价值产生的背景、内涵和发挥的作用,剖析如何构建企业的共同价值,具有很强的现实意义。
Building a management model based on common value driven will enable enterprises in expanding the scale of development at the same time, but also extremely competitive advantage. Deep analysis of the background, meaning and role of the common values as well as of how to build it, have a strong practical significance.
