摘要
为了有效解决应急物流运输方案优化问题,提高应急物流系统运作效率,在充分研究影响应急物流运输因素的基础上,综合运用了模糊理论、层次分析法及三标度理论,结合YAAHP软件,建立了基于改进模糊层次分析法的应急物流运输方案优化模型,并进行了实例研究。结果表明,该模型有效改善了优化精度和速度,提高了运输方案优化的有效性、科学性和实用性,同时也为决策者提供一定的科学依据。
For solving effectively optimization transportation scheme in emergency logistics and inhencing operation efficiency of the system, on the basis of fully study on effect emergency logistics transportation factors, the emergency logistics scheme opti- mization model based on improved fuzzy AHP is established with comprehensively using fuzzy theory, analytic hierarchy process, the three scaling theory and the YAAHP software, furthermore the case study is made. The study shows that the method can ef- fectively improve the optimizing precision and speed, effective, scientific and practical optimization transportation scheme is im- proved with it, at the same time providing certain scientific basis for decision makers.
