摘要
采用酶解去壁低渗和BSG法对桑品种 92 0 4及其亲本洛玉 1号和西庆 2号的细胞染色体核型进行分析研究。 92 0 4、洛玉 1号、西庆 2号的核型公式分别为 :2n =3x =4 2 =3 6m +6sm ,2n =2x =2 8=2 4m +4sm ,2n =4x =56=4 8m +8sm ;带型公式分别为 :2n =4 2 =4CIT +3CI +T+ +3CIT+ +3CI +T+ +1T++4CT+ +2T+ +1 0CT +8C +3I+1 ,2n=2 8=2CIT +4CI+T+ +1CIT +2CIT+ +2T +1CT +2T +6CT +5C +2I+1 ,2n=56=6CIT +7CI+T+ +9CIT +1 2CIT+ +3T +1 0CT +CT +3CT +2C +2T
The methods of eliminating walls by enzymolysis,low osmosis and BSG were used to analyse the cell chromosome karyotype of mulberry variety 9204 (Luoyu 1×Xiqing 2) and its parents Luoyu 1 and Xiqing 2,the results are as follows:(1)The karyotype formula of 9204 is 2n=3x=42=36m+6sm;the karyotype formula of Luoyu 1 is 2n=2x=28=24m+4sm;the karyotype formula of Xiqing 2 is 2n=4x=56=48m+8sm.(2)The banding pattern formula of 9204 is 2n=42=4CIT+3CI+T ++3CIT ++3CI+T ++1T ++4CT ++2T ++10CT+8C+3I+1;the banding pattern formula of Luoyu 1 is 2n=28=2CIT+4CI+T ++1CIT+2CIT ++2T+1CT+2T+6CT+5C+2I+1;the banding pattern formula of Xiqing 2 is 2n=56=6CIT+7CI+T ++9CIT+12CIT ++3T+10CT+CT+3CT+2C+2T+2.
