摘要
本研究采用桑树酸解去壁低渗法,对四川省桑树资源中心的66份桑资源染色体倍数性进行观察鉴定,发现其中有二倍体桑63份,三倍体桑1份,六倍体桑2份.其结果对丰富我省桑树资源基础研究内容和桑树品种选育都具有重要意义.
The method of acidic wall-degradation hypotony was employed in the identification ofthe chromosome ploidy of 66 mulberry (M9rus) accessions in the collection of the Mulberry Resources Centre of Sichuan Province. Sixty-three accessions were found to be diploid(2n=2x=28). one triploid (2n=3x=42) and two hexaploid (2n=6x=84). The ploidyof 43 of the accessions studied is reported in literature for the first time. The study is considered to be of significance for the basic research of the mulberry resources in Sichuan and for the practical breeding work of the plant.
