摘要
为提高高校思想政治理论课教学的实效性,教育者对考核方式已进行了多渠道、多层次的探索,"免考"激励机制属其中一种。"免考"对改变"一卷定乾坤"的考核方式意义非凡,但对"免考"对象的选拔与运行过程并非能够事随人愿,而是产生"异化"。因此,对其运行过程进行实时监督、异化控制及缺位补给已是迫在眉睫。
In order to improve the teaching effectiveness of the university thought politics theory course, the education to the test has been carried out on multi -channel, multi -level exploration, ＂ exemption ＂ incentive mechanism is one. ＂ Exemption＂ to change ＂ A paper decided to universe ＂ assessment methods has extraordinarily significance, but the selection and operation process to ＂ exemption ＂ object is not able to do as people would like, but produces ＂ alienation＂.
