摘要
目的探讨肥胖判定指标与高尿酸血症的关系,并筛选维吾尔族和汉族不同性别的最佳切点。方法采用非随机整群抽样方法选取2 355人为研究对象,对所有对象进行常规体格检查和血液生化指标检测,指标包含身高、体重、腰围、臀围、收缩压、舒张压、空腹血糖及血脂等,并计算BMI和腰臀比。采用Pearson相关分析和ROC工作曲线评估腰围、腰臀比、BMI与高尿酸血症的关系及最佳切点。结果 BMI、腰围、腰臀比与高尿酸血症呈正相关。维吾尔族男性BMI、腰围和腰臀比的诊断切点分别是26.40kg/m2、97.5cm、0.91,维吾尔族女性分别是25.09kg/m2、90.5cm、0.91,汉族男性分别是25.82kg/m2、90.5cm、0.90,汉族女性是23.70kg/m2、83.5cm、0.88;维汉民族男女性的BMI、腰围和腰臀比的ROC工作曲线面积均大于0.5,维吾尔族女性的3个判定指标的曲线下面积最大,汉族男性最小。结论 BMI、腰围和腰臀比与高尿酸血症患病相关,但不同性别和不同民族的的敏感性和最佳切点不同,依据不同民族不同性别进行高尿酸血症危险人群筛选更有意义。
Objective To explore the correlation between different index of obesity and hyperuricemia and to screen their cutoff points in different gender of Uyghur and Han population. Method 2355 individuals were selected by the method of non-random cluster stratified sample. The physical indexes and blood bio chemical indexes were measured. The data were analyzed by using the methods of Pearson correlative anal ysis and ROC curve. Results The cutoff points of BMI, WC and WHR in Uyghur men are respectively 26.4 kg/m2 , 97.5 cm, 0.94. They are respectively 25.09 kg/m2 , 90.5 cm, 0.91 in Uyghur women. They are 25.82 kg/m2 , 90.5 cm, 0.90 in Han men population ,They are 23.7 kg/m2 , 83.5 cm, 0.88 in Han women. Three index＇s ROC curve areas are all higher than 0.5, however, the ROC curve area of Uyghur female is the most ,that of Han male is the smallest. Conclusion t;MI,WC and WHR are closely related with hyperuricemia, the cutoff point of three index and sensitivity are different in Uyghur and Han popula tion, these index should been seleceted to screen the hyperuricemia according to the gender and nationality .
