摘要
成德镇辖区变化反映的是唐朝廷与河朔三镇利益的争夺,其成因与朝廷试图控制河朔有关。成德镇是控制河北三镇的重要因素,其势力强则可以牵制幽州和魏博;若其实力过强,难以控制,朝廷则会缩小其辖区,增强其周边方镇。冀州、沧州、德州、棣州割隶成德,是朝廷意图通过增强成德镇,使河北三镇能相互抗衡,彼此牵制,以便朝廷控制河北。而易、定、沧三州另置义武节度,德、棣二州割隶横海军节度,目的又是为牵制骄横的成德镇。朝廷对成德镇辖区的调整,意在控制河朔三镇,河北稳定又利于朝廷稳控全国方镇。安史之乱后的唐朝仍能延续上百年与此不无关系。

The ChengDe wan the very important factor to control Hehei military governorship, If it was enough strong zhen it could contain Youzhou and WeiBo military governorship, Then if it was too strong to control, The Tang Court would reduce its region, Strengthen others military governorship. In order to control Hebei area, make them to contain mutually, So Court adjusted Jizhou, Cangzhou, Dezhou, Dizhou to ChengDe. Then Court made Yizhou, Dingzhou, Cangzhou to set up Yiwu military governorship and adjust Dezhou Dizhou to HengHai military governorship,Eventually was in order to control ChengDe. The Court adjusted the ChengDe＇s jurisdiction region was intend to control Heshuo three military governorship, Hebei region＇s stability was conducive to national military governorship stability. It was very important factor to make the Tang Dynasty after the AnShi rebellion to continue one hundred and fifty years.
