摘要
采用TEM、HRTEM和EDS对热等静压制备的粉末冶金铍铝合金界面进行了研究。结果表明:界面上没有发生界面反应,界面结合良好。铍铝界面分为两类:一类为铝的[110]面和铍的[001]基面相结合,界面保持半共格关系;另一类界面由BeO和Al2O3薄膜构成。
The microstructure at the interface of powder beryllium-aluminum alloys manufactured by hot isotatic pressing were investigated by TEM, HRTEM and EDS. The results indicate that no resultant production is found along the interface, and the interface bonding situation is good. Two kinds of interface were found in the alloys, one is Al/Be(amorphous), Al[110] and Be [001] matrix are combined, and the semi-conherent relationship appears in the interface. The other interface is composed of the film of BeO and Al203.
