摘要
目的:观察中药内服外敷治疗流行性腮腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的68例患儿按就诊顺序随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用更昔洛韦治疗,治疗组采用本院制剂五清合剂内服及童肿膏外敷局部治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率100.0%,对照组总有效率94.1%,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:中药五清合剂内服及童肿膏外敷局部治疗流行性腮腺炎疗效确切,可在临床上进一步推广。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of internal and external traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of mumps. Methods： 68 patients matched with the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into con- trol group and treatment group in hospital order. Control group were treated by ganciclovir, treatment group orally took Wuqingheji made by our hospital and Tongzhong plaster for external treatment. Results： The total efficacy rate was 100.0% in the treatment group and 94.1% in the control group. The total response was better in the treatment group than in the control group. Conclusion： Wuqingheji for oral administration combined with Tongzhong plaster for external treatment is effective in the treatment of mumps and should be further popularized in clinical treatment.
