运动想象疗法结合生物反馈治疗脑卒中偏瘫的疗效 被引量:15

摘要 目的:探讨运动想象疗法结合生物反馈治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者功能恢复的影响。方法:脑卒中偏瘫患者90例,随机分为A、B、C组各30例,3组均给予常规康复训练,A、B组加用生物反馈治疗,A组再加用运动想象疗法治疗。治疗前后分别用简化Fugl-Meyer运动量表(FMA)和改良Barthel指数量表(MBI)进行评定。结果:治疗2个月后,3组FMA及MBI评分均较治疗前明显增加(均P<0.05),且A组更高于B、C组,B组更高于C组(均P<0.05)。结论:运动想象疗法结合生物反馈不仅能显著改善脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能,而且能促进日常生活活动能力的恢复。 Objective: To explore the effectiveness of motor imaginary therapy combined with biological feedback treatment on the functional recovery of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods: Ninety stroke patients were randomly divided into groups A,B and C(n= 30 each group),which were given routine rehabilitation training. Group B was given biological feedback treatment in addition, and group A was subjected to biological feedback and motor imaginary therapy treatment additionally. Before and after treatment, the patients in each group were assessed by Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA) and modified Barthel index (MBI). Results:After treatment for two months, FMA and MBI scores in three groups were significantly increased as compared with pretreatment (all P〈0.05), those in group A were higher than in groups B and C,and those in group B were higher than in group C (all P〈0.05). Conclusion : Motor imagery therapy combined with biological feedback treatment can not only effectively improve the motor function of stroke patients with hemiplegia, but also improve the actlvlties of daily living
