摘要
为了测定核桃内生菌HT3的培养滤液对番茄和黄瓜的促生作用,采用浸种法测定了不同稀释倍数HT3培养滤液对番茄、黄瓜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,当HT3培养滤液稀释倍数在5~100倍之间时,对番茄和黄瓜的种子萌发具有明显的促生作用,稀释倍数小于5倍时对种子的萌发有抑制作用;稀释10倍的HT3培养滤液处理的番茄和黄瓜种子的胚芽生长率最大,分别为对照的215%和142%。番茄种子浸泡时间为12 h时的促生作用明显好于浸泡24 h。HT3培养滤液处理的番茄、黄瓜植株苗比清水处理的健壮、叶片大、叶色浓绿、茎秆粗,且促进番茄和黄瓜幼苗平均鲜质量或干质量增长率均达到130%以上。
To study the promoting action of walnut endophytic strain HT3 on tomato and cucumber,seeds germination and seedlings growth treated with HT3 cultural filtration of different diution times were measured.The results showed that filtration of HT3 had a significant promoting role to tomato and cucumber seeds germination and seedlings growth.The germination rates were higher than the water control of seeds when the filtration diution times between 5-100 multiple,but below 5 multiple were inhibited.The embryo of the seeds treated with the 10 multiple diution of cultural filtration tomato growth rate was the biggest at 215% and cucumber 142% compared with CK.The effective time of dippling tomato seeds was 12 h.The seedlings of tomato and cucumber treated with HT3 filtration were stronger with larger leaves,longer root hair than the water treatment.The fresh and dry weight of the tomato and cucumber seedlings all increased above 130%.
