摘要
对吉林省地方优良鸡种——芦花鸡,饲料营养代谢研究过程中,应用呼吸测热装置,对该品种鸡的呼吸和气体交换代谢进行了全面测试。结果表明:芦花鸡各期的生长代谢期间,白天的耗O2量和CO2产生量均高于夜间,而绝食代谢的耗O2和CO2产生量均低于生长代谢各期;不同代谢条件的耗O2代谢率,呈白天高夜间低的趋势,随着体质量增加,耗O2代谢率逐步下降;试验鸡绝食代谢的呼吸商(R.Q.)为0.73~0.75,为体脂肪分解代谢,生长期的R.Q.为0.87~0.88,以体蛋白代谢为主;各期的产热随体质量增加而增加,绝食代谢产热也呈相同的规律。
In order to make a scientific standard feeding on local Barred Plymouth chickens,the branch Institute of Animal Husbandry of Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences carried out a comprehensive system test of respiration and gas exchange metabolism on the chickens by using respiration calorimetry device.The results showed: O2 consumption and CO2 production in the daytime are higher than those at night in each growth metabolism period on Barred Plymouth chickens;O2 consumption and CO2 production on fast metabolism are lower than those in each growth metabolism period.The aerobic metabolism rate of different metabolic conditions have significant differences,which shows that the day′s high and the night′s low;the aerobic metabolism rate is stepdown with weight gain.The R.Q.value of the fast metabolism and each growth period is 0.73—0.75 and 0.87—0.88.The heat production increases with the weight increased on the fast metabolism,as well as each growth period.
