摘要
扩张性财政政策效果如何 ,取决于投资乘数的大小 ,而投资乘数又与居民消费倾向有直接关系。 1 998年以来政府为扩大内需而采取的以扩大投资为重点的扩张性财政政策效果不尽如人意 ,其主要原因在于居民消费倾向降低从而使投资乘数变小所致。
The effectiveness of an expansionary fiscal policy is determined by investment multiplier, which in turn, has direct relationship with residents' consumption propensity. The main reason for the low efficiency of the series of expansionary fiscal policies from 1998 is the decreasing consumption propensity of residents which reduces the investment multiplier.
