摘要
目的:探讨ICU护士的职业危害因素及防护措施。方法:通过调查、分析ICU护士日常护理工作内容及环境,总结出ICU护士潜在的职业危害因素,并提出相应的防护措施。结果:ICU护士工作中的职业危害主要包括理化因素、生物因素、心理社会因素等,针对这些职业危害因素,提出了相应的防护对策。结论:正确认识到ICU工作中各种危害因素,及时地采取相应的防护对策,能够有效地保护ICU护士身心健康。
Objective：To investigate the occupational hazards and the protective measures of the nurse in ICU.Methods：Summarized the potential occupational hazards and proposed the protective measures,by investigated and analyzed the contents and environment of nursing service in ICU.Results：Physical and chemical factors,organism factors and psychosocial factors are the main occupational hazards.We proposed some protective measures for these occupational hazards.Conclusion：To realize hazards correctly and take protective measures in time can protect the physical and mental health of the nurse in ICU effectively.
