摘要
间戊二烯与苯乙烯共聚合,合成了间戊二烯-苯乙烯共聚物。利用核磁共振氢谱、傅里叶变换红外光谱以及透射电子显微镜分析了间戊二烯-苯乙烯共聚物的组成和微观结构。对试样的力学性能和热失重进行了分析,研究了共聚物组成和微观结构对其力学性能和热力学性能的影响。结果表明:间戊二烯质量分数为30%左右的共聚物,拉伸强度可保持在25 MPa以上,而断裂伸长率达到100%以上,对通用聚苯乙烯起到了很好的增韧效果,而且该共聚物具有很好的热稳定性能。
The poly(piperyleneco -styrene)was synthesized through copolymerization of piperylene and styrene. The composition and microstructure of the resultant copolymer were studied by means of hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance( 1 H-NMR), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The effect of the microstructure and composition of poly(piperylene co -styrene) on the mechanical properties and thermodynamic performances was studied. The results indicate that the tensile strength and the elongation at break of poly(piperyleneco -styrene)exceeded 25 MPa and 100 %, respectively when the mass content of piperylene is about 30 %, which can play remarkable toughening effect to general purpose polystyrene.The resultant copolymer shows excellent thermal stability property.
