摘要
针对五阳煤矿煤层透气性低、瓦斯浓度时常超限、煤巷掘进速度慢和工作面接替紧张等问题,在分析深孔预裂爆破工艺和确定爆破参数的基础上,提出了迎头深孔预裂爆破和巷帮预抽瓦斯的快速掘进技术,并结合现场进行了工业试验。结果表明:深孔预裂爆破技术提高了煤层的透气性,巷帮钻场的瓦斯抽采量为爆破前的1.3倍;降低了掘进工作面的瓦斯涌出量,实施深孔预裂爆破技术后,再没有发生瓦斯浓度超限事故;煤巷掘进月进尺达到180 m,实现了煤巷安全快速掘进。
This paper aims the problems of low coal seam permeability, gas concentration is often overrun, slow excavating in coal lane and the tension working face replace each other, and on basis of analysis deep -hole pre -splitting blasting process and determine the blasting parameters, the head - deep hole pre - splitting blasting and lane to help pre - pumping gas rapid excavation technology have been proposed and combined with on - site industrial test. The results show that : blasting technology has been improved of the permea- bility of the coal seam, the gas drainage capacity is 1.3 times before blasting of that; it has reduced gas emission rate in heading face and implementation blasting technology there did not happen the gas concentration overrun accident; the coal roadway excavation month footage reached at 180m and it has achieved rapid and safety excavation in coal roadway.
