摘要
通过优化螺杆组合,研究了CFRPA复合材料中碳纤维的长度分布对其力学性能的影响,用MM—200磨损试验机测试了CFRPA复合材料的磨损性能。结果表明:通过适当的螺杆组合,复合材料的力学性能显著提高,合适的螺杆组合可以使树脂中长碳纤维的比例增大,改善增强效果,使CFRPA的耐磨性提高,摩擦系数下降。
The effect of carbon fiber length distribution in the composite on its mechanical properties by optimizing screw assemble is studied and the wear behaviors are tested on a MM200 wear machine. The results show that optimum screw assemble can increase the mechanical properties of carbon fibers reinforced composite materials obviously. Optimum screw assemble can increase the proportion of long fibers in the resin, improve the reinforced effect; increase the wear resistance of CFRPA and lower the rub coefficient.
