摘要
采用啮合同向双螺杆挤出机不同的螺杆组合形式,研究了熔融塑化区中捏合段数量对双螺杆挤出聚合物共混物表层和内层分散相粒子粒径及其分布的影响。结果表明,增大塑化区中螺杆前段的剪切作用和物料停留时间可明显减小分散相粒子的尺寸;在塑化区域增加剪切捏合段段数对表层分散相粒子尺寸没有明显作用,但可有效减小内层分散相粒子尺寸;对于在塑化区内采用前后两段捏合段的螺杆组合,增大后段剪切作用和物料停留时间比在前段增加更为有效,可同时显著降低共混物分散相表层和内层粒子尺寸,改善其分布特性。
The effect of screw configuration on the dispersed particle size and its distribution in polymer blends prepared by co-rotating twin-screw extruder using different configurations was studied. The resuits indicated that in the overall melt zone, the dispersed particle size could be effectively reduced by enhancing the shear effect and residence time in the former zone. Increasing in the number of shear mixing zone showed no significant effect on the dispersed particle size in the surface layer, but can greatly reduce the particle size in the inner layer. For configurations consisting of two sections of kneading elements in melting zone, increasing the shear effect and prolonging the residence time in the latter zone had a greater effect in reducing the dispersed particle size and improving the distribution characteristics in the surface and inner layer of extruded blends than in the former zone.
