摘要
目的分析重症监护病房(ICU)多药耐药鲍曼不动杆菌(MDR-AB)耐药性及耐药基因。方法对分离自ICU送检痰标本的5株鲍曼不动杆菌进行药敏试验,采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)及测序技术进行耐药基因分析。结果 5株鲍曼不动杆菌对对β-内酰胺类、喹诺酮类药物耐药,均检出C、D类β-内酰胺酶基因ADC和OXA-23,及外膜蛋白CarO突变。结论应采取有效措施控制鲍曼不动杆菌的传播,加强耐药性监测,防止鲍曼不动杆菌院内扩散及耐药性变迁。
Objective To monitor and analyze the drug resistance and related genes in multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii(MDR-AB) in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods Susceptibility test was performed among 5 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii,and polymerase chain reaction and sequencing were performed for the analysis of drug-resistant genes.Results All strains were resistant to β-lactamases and quinolones.The mutation of class C β-lactamase ADC,class D β-lactamase OXA-23 and outer membrane protein CarO was detected in all strains.Conclusion Valid measures should be taken to control the spread of Acinetobacter baumannii and strengthen the monitoring of the resistance rate to prevent the further proliferation in hospital and the development of drug resistance.
