摘要
目的分析产TEM-1型超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药性及其基因序列。方法用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)扩增产ESBLs鲍曼不动杆菌的TEM-1型耐药基因,用克隆测序方法分析质粒上TEM-1型ESBLs基因。结果15株产ESBLs鲍曼不动杆菌中,TEM-1型ESBLs阳性菌株有12株,TA克隆后测序表明,与鲍曼不动杆菌(AY560328.1)blaTEM-1基因序列99%同源。结论质粒上带产TEM-1型ESBLs的鲍曼不动杆菌,blaTEM-1基因与鲍曼不动杆菌多重耐药密切相关。
[Obejective] To analyse drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii which produces TEM-1 ESBLs and its nucleotide sequence. [Methods] TEM-1 ESBLs on plasmid of ESBLs producing strains were analysed by PCR and nucleotide sequencing. [Results] 12 TEM-1 ESBLs producing strains were identified in 15 isolates of ESBLs (+) Acinetobacter baumannii. Sequence alignmem analysis of this product revealed 99% identity with blaTEM-1 which was originally detected in another strain of Acinetobacter baumannii (AY560328.1). [Conclusion] An Acinetobacter baumannii which harbors TEM-1 type ESBLs is detected. BlaTEM-1 gene is closely associated with MDR of Acinetobacter baumannii.
