Preparation of Carbon/Active Aluminum Composite by CVD Method

摘要 采用化学气相沉积技术(CVD),在乙炔气氛、500℃条件下制备了碳/高活性铝复合材料。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)对复合材料的物相、形貌、组成进行了表征。结果表明,碳/高活性铝复合材料具有特殊的核壳结构及良好的耐水能力。 Under acetylene atmosphere and 500℃,carbon/active aluminum composite was prepared with CVD method.The physical phase,morphology and composition of the composite were analyzed and tested by means of X-ray diffroction(XRD),scanning electron microssopy(SEM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results show that the carbon/active Al composite exhibits a special core-shell structure and excellent anti-water ability.
