粘结剂和Al粉级配对Al-粘结剂体系摩擦特性的影响

Influence of Binder and Aluminum Powder Gradation on Friction Properties of Al-Binder System

摘要 为了研究粘结剂种类和含量以及Al粉级配对Al-粘结剂体系摩擦特性的影响,采用氟橡胶、202胶和ETPE作为高聚物粘结剂剂,并使用FLQT-4、FLQT-1和FLQT-03种规格的Al粉进行级配,利用颗粒滑移力测量装置获得摩擦力和摩擦系数。结果表明:Al/粘结剂的质量比为30∶0.7时,样品的摩擦力和摩擦系数偏低;石蜡使Al-粘结剂体系的摩擦力和摩擦系数进一步降低,且对Al-ETPE体系影响更大;FLQT-4与FLQT-1规格的Al粉级配样品比FLQT-4与FLQT-0规格的Al粉级配样品的摩擦力和摩擦系数低。 In order to research the influence of the type and content of binders and the aluminum particle graduation on the frictional properties of Al-binder system,fluorine rubber,202 glue and ETPE were used as polymer binders,and FLQT-4,FLQT-1 and FLQT-0 of three aluminum powder specifications were used for grading.The friction force and friction coefficient have been measured by particle slip force measuring device.The results show that,the friction and friction coefficient of the sample are lower when the mass ratio of Al/binder is 30/0.7.Wax can further reduce the friction and friction coefficient of Al-binder system and has a greater impact on the Al-ETPE system.Al-binder sample graded with FLQT-4 and FLQT-1 has lower friction and friction coefficients than that of FLQT-4 and FLQT-0.
