摘要
实现有机水稻生产的质量全程监控和建立信息可追溯系统,以有机水稻生产企业为研究平台,根据企业的实际情况并结合其他食品质量追溯信息系统的设计方法,利用动态网页ASP和网络数据库等技术建立基于Web的有机稻米质量监控可追溯系统。系统不仅可以为消费者提供详细的有机米产品信息查询,而且还为企业的生产管理和质量安全监控提供了良好的信息化平台。为有机水稻的质量保证提供了有效手段,同时也为其他农产品质量管理和信息追溯提供参考和借鉴。
To develop a system of whole-process quality safety monitoring and message traceability of organic rice, the organic rice quality traceability based on Web was constructed with ASP and network database technologies according to actual situation of a organic rice enterprise and design-method of other food quality safety traceability system. The traceability system not only provided the rice product information in detail for the consumer, but also provided a good informationization platform for enterprise＇s production management and quality monitoring. This study has provided an effective way for organic rice quality safety management, meanwhile, set an example for other agricultural products.
