肉鸡安全生产质量监控可追溯系统的设计 被引量:30

摘要 国内外食品安全事件接连发生,加剧人们对食品安全担忧。为适应中国出口贸易的需求,增强畜产品的国际竞争力,维护消费者对所消费产品的知情权,提高对食品安全事件的应急处理能力,作者借鉴发达国家溯源系统应用的经验,设计了符合中国国情的肉鸡生产可追溯系统,以提高畜禽产品安全监控水平,并对可能遇到的技术问题进行了分析和阐述。 The worry of food security has been furthered due to the continuous occurrence of food borne accidents in recent years. The tracking system for animal production can help to improve competition of livestock products and the level of monitor food safe in our country, comply with requirement of exports trade. Further the traceability system protects the consumers'right to get enough information about their foods. On the other hand the ability to deal with food safe incidents in emergency can be promoted. Based on the experience of developed countries, the authors have analyzed technical problems and designed the broiler production tracking framework.
