摘要
在低压储层中采用欠平衡钻井,需使用抗高温的超低密度钻井液。室内试验研究与现场应用表明,仿油基钻井液通过试验及配方优选,能够把现场钻井液应用密度控制在1.03~1.04g/cm3范围,油溶能力提高到50%,抗温能力提高到130℃,流动性和润滑性能优良,抑制能力强,滤失量低,静结构弱。能满足水平深井钻井与地质录井要求,尤其适合低压地层或欠平衡深井钻井需要。
During underbalanced drilling in the low pressure reservoir, ultra-low density imitation drilling fluid with high temperature resistance was applied. The lab test and field application showed that the imitation oil-base drilling fluid have many advantages, such as it could control drilling fluid density in 1.03~1.04 g/cm3 range, oil soluble capacity was increased by 50%, and temperature resistance ability was increased to 130℃, flowability and lubrification was good, strong inhibition, low fluid loss, weak static structural etc. It could satisfy deep horizontal well drilling and geological logging requirement, especially be suitable for low pressure formation or underbalanced drilling.
