摘要
根据深井欠平衡钻井技术要求,通过水包油钻井液用主乳化剂、辅助乳化剂和乳化稳定剂的研究,有效地解决了水包油钻井液体系高温乳化能力差、易起泡和乳化剂加量偏高的问题。在此基础上形成了水包柴油和水包白油钻井液体系,该体系具有良好的流变性及抗高温能力,抑制泡沫效果好,防塌能力强,密度在0.89~0.99g/cm3之间可调,抗温能力达到180℃,水包白油钻井液荧光级别<6级。现场应用3口井,应用结果表明,研究的水包油钻井液体系具有较好的抗高温、抗地层水侵、抗CO2污染能力,钻井液性能稳定易于调节,不起泡,对录井、测井无影响,井径规则,有利于安全快速钻井和发现、保护油气层,能够满足深井近平衡、欠平衡钻井和地质要求。
To satisfy the needs of underbalanced drilling technology in deep well,some problems existent in oil-in-water drilling fluid system,such as poor high temperature emulsification,easy blister formation and so on,were resolved effectively by studying the primary emulsion,coemulsifier and emulsion stabilizer which were used for oil-in-water drilling fluid system.Meanwhile,the white oil-in-water and diesel oil-in-water system were formed.This drilling fluid system has good rheological property and high temperature capability,good foam control effect and anti-sloughing capability,its density was controlled in 0.89-0.99g/cm3,the level of white oil-in-water fluorescence was less than 6.0.Through field application in three wells,the results showed that the oil-in-water drilling fluid system could control information water invasion,prevent pollution by CO2,and its performance was steady,and had no influence on logging.It could meet the requirements of underbalanced drilling technology in deep well.
