同心双扭旋元件对管内层流传热特性的影响 被引量:3

Influence of Concentric Double Twisted Elements on the Heat Transfer Characteristics of Laminar Flow in Tubes

摘要 为探究同心双扭旋元件对换热管传热特性的影响规律,采用数值模拟方法对Re=200~1800范围内恒壁温条件下的管内传热进行了分析。研究结果表明:同心双扭旋元件换热管的Nu明显高于窄边扭旋元件换热管,但与中空扭旋元件进行对比,Nu变化并不明显;同心双扭旋元件换热管的f明显大于中空扭旋元件及窄边扭旋元件;同心双扭旋元件换热管的PEC值略低于中空扭旋元件换热管,但高于窄边扭旋元件换热管,且同心双扭旋元件换热管的PEC值均大于1。 In order to explore the influence of concentric double-twisted elements on the heat transfer characteristics of heat exchange tubes,a numerical simulation method was used to analyze the heat transfer in the tube under the condition of constant wall temperature in the range of Re=200~1800.The results showed that the Nu of the concentric double-twisted element heat exchange tubes was significantly higher than that of the narrow-side twisted-element heat exchange tubes,but compared with the hollow twisted element heat exchange tube,the Nu change was not obvious;f was significantly larger than the hollow twisting element and narrow-side twisting element;the PEC value of the concentric double twisting element heat exchange tube was slightly lower than the hollow twisting element heat exchange tube,but higher than the narrow-side twisting element heat exchange tube.The PEC values of the heat exchange tubes with the concentric double twisting elements were all bigger than 1.
