不同易消化纤维和淀粉比对肉兔生产性能、消化道酶活的影响 被引量:4

Effects of different digestible fibre to starch ratio on meat rabbit production performance and digestive enzyme activity

摘要 旨在研究分别饲喂易消化纤维和淀粉比为0.73、0.99、1.32和1.77的饲粮对(35±1)日龄肉兔生产性能、消化道酶活的影响。结果表明:0.99组平均日增重最高(P>0.05)。平均日采食量随饲粮中易消化纤维和淀粉比的提高有增加趋势(P<0.05),1.77组显著高于0.73组(P<0.05)。1.77组料肉比极显著高于0.73组和0.99组(P<0.01)。0.73组小肠淀粉酶活性显著低于其余各组(P<0.05)。0.73组盲肠纤维素酶活性显著高于1.32组(P<0.05),极显著高于1.77组(P<0.01);1.32组盲肠纤维素酶活性显著高于1.77组(P<0.05)。当易消化纤维和淀粉比为0.99(易消化纤维19.89%,淀粉20.11%)时生产性能最佳。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different digestible fibre to starch ratio(0.73,0.99,1.32 and 1.77) in diet on (35 + 1)-day meat rabbits production performance and digestive enzyme activity. The results showed that: di- gestible fibre to starch ratio of group 0. 99 had the highest average daily gain(P〈0.05) ;the average daily feed intake had a up- ward trend with the rate of digestible fiber to starch in diet improved(P〈0.05), and the average daily feed intake of group 1.77 significantly higher than that of group 0.73 (P〈0.05) ;the feed conversion rate of group 1.77 was very significantly high- er than that of group 0.73 and group 0.99(P〈0.01) ;the small intestine amylase activity of group 0.73 was significantly lower than that of the other groups(P〈0.05)〈the caecum cellulose activity of group 0.73 was higher than that of group 1.32(P〈 0.05 ), and significantly higher than that of group 1.77 (P〈0.01), and caecum cellulase activity of group 1.32 was significantly higher than that of group 1.77 (P〈0.05). These results indicated that:it had the best production performance when the digesti- ble fiber to starch ratio was 0.99 (digestible fiber 19.8%, starch 20.11%).
