饲粮中小麦次粉添加比例对肉兔屠宰性能、血液免疫指标和十二指肠组织形态的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Different Proportion of Wheat Shorts in Diets on the Slaughter Performance,Serum Immune Index,and Duodenum Morphology of Meat Rabbits

摘要 为研究饲粮中小麦次粉添加比例对肉兔屠宰性能、血清免疫指标、十二指肠组织形态和盲肠内环境的影响,从而探讨在肉兔日粮中以小麦次粉部分替代玉米降低养殖成本的可行性及最佳添加比例,在饲粮等能量等蛋白条件下,设5个处理组,各组饲粮中小麦次粉添加比例分别为0%(对照组)、3%、6%、9%、12%。选择100只平均体重为(960.42±1.69)g、健康状况良好的伊拉肉兔,随机分为5组,每组4个重复,每个重复5只兔,进行饲养试验。预试期7d,正式期35d。结果表明:与对照组相比,饲粮添加小麦次粉,肉兔胴体重、全净膛重、屠宰率均有所提高,但各组之间差异不显著(p>0.05)。6%添加量组肉兔全净膛率(54.64%)显著高于对照组(p<0.05)。不同小麦次粉添加比例对肉兔肝脏指数、脾脏指数、血清免疫球蛋白IgA、IgM、IgG浓度均无显著影响(p>0.05)。随着小麦次粉添加比例的增加,肉兔十二指肠绒毛高度及绒毛高度/隐窝深度(V/C)呈先升后降趋势,其中,3%添加量组肉兔十二指肠绒毛高度最高,但各组间差异不显著(p>0.05),6%添加量组肉兔十二指肠V/C最高,显著高于12%添加量组(p<0.05)。不同小麦次粉添加比例对肉兔盲肠内挥发性脂肪酸、pH值、NH3-N影响均不显著(p>0.05)。综合经济效益分析结果,在本试验条件下,肉兔饲粮中小麦次粉适宜添加量为6%。 Thepresent studywas to evaluatetheeffects of different proportion of wheat shorts in diets on slaughter performance,serum immune index,duodenum morphology and ceca internal environment of meat rabbits,so as to explore thefeasibility and appropriate proportion of using wheat shorts to replace corn in the diet of rabbits to reduce breeding costs.Under the condition of isoenergetic and isoproteic of diets,five treatment groups were set up.The proportion of wheat shorts in diets was 0%(control group),3%,6%,9%and 12%respectively.A total of 100 Ira meat rabbits with an average body weight of(960.42±1.69)g were randomly assigned to five treatments with four replicates in each treatment and each replicate contained five rabbits.The pretest lasted for 7 days and the test lasted for 35 days.The results showed as follows:the carcass weight,total eviscerated weight,and slaughter rate were increased with the addition of wheat short in the diet compared with the control group,but no significant difference among treatments(p>0.05).The evisceration rate(54.64%)of rabbits in the 6%treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(p<0.05).The inclusion of wheat short had no significant effects on the liver index,spleen index,serum immunoglobulin IgA,IgM,and IgG concentrations(p>0.05).With the increase of the proportion of wheat short,the height of duodenal villi and the height of villi/crypts(V/C)of meat rabbits showed the trend of rising firstlyandthenfalling.The rabbits in the 3%addition group showed the highest height of duodenal villi and V/C, but no significance difference (p>0.05). The highest V/C in the 6% supplement group was significantly higher than that in the 12% supplement group (p<0.05). The inclusion of wheat short had no significant effects on volatile fatty acids, pH and NH3-N in the cecum of meat rabbits (p>0.05). In conclusion, combining with the results of economic benefit, we suggest that the optimal proportion of wheat shorts in diets for meat rabbits was 6%.
